GPS2Work ensures that your future is protected. That's why we are implementing a pension plan for all our employees over the age of 21 through the National Pension Fund (StiPP Pensioen). The exact rights and obligations regarding the pension depend on the duration of your employment at GPS2Work.
Typically, when you start working for a client through GPS2Work, you'll start in phase A. After 8 weeks of work in this phase, you'll be eligible for the Basic Pension Scheme if you're at least 21 years old. GPS2Work will pay the pension premium on your behalf.
Once you've worked for 60 weeks, you'll be enrolled in the Plus scheme, which offers additional pension benefits. We hope that these measures to protect your future will be helpful and contribute to your trust and commitment to GPS2Work.
At GPS2Work,working more means more accumulated rights. That is why we have created a sistem in which we have three distinct phases:
a. Phase A
The first 52 weeks that you work for GPS2Work are known as phase A. It's important to note that only actual working weeks are taken into account for counting these 52 weeks. They do not need to be consecutive, but an interruption cannot last more than 26 weeks. After this period, counting starts again in phase A.
b. Phase B
After working for 52 weeks, you'll be entitled to a fixed-term employment contract. In this phase, you can receive up to six fixed- term employment contracts in a period of up to four years. After completing these, counting starts again as phase A if you have a break longer than 6 months.
c. Phase C
If you are re-employed by GPS2Work within 6 months of completing phase B, you'll enter phase C. In this phase, you'll receive an undetermined-term employment contract.
In conclusion, the more you work through GPS2Work, the more rights you'll accumulate, and this system will ensure that you are properly protected as you develop your career with us.
If you get sick on a day when you were supposed to work, it's an unpleasant experience for both you and the company you work for. However, we strive to ensure that work is not affected in any way. Therefore, if you are unable to come to work due to illness, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us in time, we can arrange for a colleague to take over your tasks. By calling the company you work for before the start of the shift, you will help ensure work continuity and minimize any disruptions.
